What is it?
Teacher research is an intentional, systematic, public, voluntary, ethical and contextual inquiry made by the teacher.
Why?
It helps to look at your classroom critically, decide how to make it better, concerning teaching and learning processes. The teacher research gives teachers a chance to make posistive differences in their practice, to go deeper in the sphere of teaching methodology and to get to know your classroom better.
Who can do it?
Every teacher. Teacher-researchers raise questions about what they think and observe their way of teaching and student's process of learning. They see student work and the classroom as a source for data collection that has to be examined and then, they may apply necessary changes into practice.
Stages of the teacher research:
So, among the roles of the teacher in the process of education, there is a role of a researcher, which is very important for a beneficial both students and teacher's learning.
