It is very important for the teacher to develop constantly! I like attending seminars, webinars and other events that help me to improve my skills and motivate me for further actions.
Recently, I have attended online webinar from National Geographic Learning. The topic was: “Preparing young learners for exam success”. It was interesting, to discover that it can be beneficial for young learners to do test papers and pass exams in order to stay motivated for learning.
I have attended International House seminars held in Kyiv. They vere extremely informative, as tutors presented us useful methods of teaching, tips and, what’s more, we were able to practice applying that knowledge and trying out some activities. It was a great chance to meet collegues and discuss with them some pedagogical issues. Even now, we keep in touch!

One more webinar, I would like to talk about is “Ideas for Jump-Starting Digital Citizenship at Your School”. It was something new for me and exiting, dealing with digitalisation of studying and connection between schools. There were several really great presentors from the USA, who discussed the matter professionally.
