Have you heard this quote: "Teachers are the most successful learners"? And it is really true!

As a teacher, it is my professional duty to learn and develop continuously, discover new ways and methods of teaching in order to adapt to every generation of learners. It is really great to set goals for your job development and to be a part of the teacher's community. We have to focus on the areas that we aren't aware of as well as on areas we are competent in. 



Check out different workshops, online communities, communicate with collegues, discover information individually, do an action research. Refer to your own practice and keep motivated to develop your knowledge, skills and the personality of the teacher to be able to contribute beneficially to your learners.
